Nano-habitats
Currently we are designer of alternative house of 19 to 40 m² biosourced, type light housing.
Our ambition is to innovate on all Building improvements, to meet to the developments of consumption-based and autonomous habitats.
We are working on the realization and design of a nano ecological habitat thanks to the local materials being developed, a revolutionary solution concerning housing, which will allow us to market and diversify this new offer according to technologies and needs, as and when the skills acquired during the evolution of the Pellicot Ecopole.
Water management
We must all be aware that water is a major issue due to climate change and that we will be forced to adapt our water consumption habits in our habitats.
We want to develop an alternative to sanitation through phyto-purification, water purification and reuse of gray water (natural recycling).

Pole Agriculture
We want to design an agricultural project using permaculture, to meet the food needs of the Ecopôle and make this way of life known through specialized training in regenerative agriculture.
We are considering the production of straw and hemp for the construction of our habitats. The integration of an autonomous greenhouse in our buildings with the help of the Ecopôle sectors, developing an alternative in agricultural learning by integrating innovation.

Pole well-being
Health is one of the values of the Ecopôle. When our infrastructures are in place, we wish to welcome collaborators to practice alternative medicine and offer you a diversified well-being space. We will consider cultivating medicinal plants along a wellness path to improve our knowledge and our autonomy.
The harmony of the Pellicot Ecopôle will be organized by shared governance, the well-being of our employees goes through communication and respect, it is essential to pool these solutions through appropriate training and open source to develop this new way of living together.
Pole Energy
We want to create a waste recovery service to relocate new energies. We are studying the creation, within the Ecopôle de Pellicot, of a micro energy plant using methanisation. We project a power of 1.5 Megawatts throughout the Ecopôle park in Pellicot.

To facilitate the energy transition, we must work in collaboration with R&D institutes, on the technologies of new renewable energies and energy storage, for the development of a micro-assembly factory . The technologies developed will be used to equip our low-consumption habitats and infrastructures, the surplus will be redistributed in the networks to offer an innovative local energy supply thanks to our open-source technology, by optimizing the energy footprint of the Ecopôle de Pellicot we improve the societal impact .

By equipping ourselves with digital and traditional machines, we will create an industrial center for the design and manufacture of prototypes without intermediaries.
Our projects are limitless.
We have a participatory workshop, Fablab type, free to access, with the tools necessary for the production of precision parts as well as a participatory garage for traditional mechanics.
Pole Digital
We see how dependent we are on the digital sector, whether it's “essential” tools or services, both for professional and personal activities. The “free” services of the American digital giants make us dangle a world in constant evolution, without fault, in exchange for our precious personal information kept indefinitely in their data centers. We want to develop the digital sector by being a player in the Open Source community, whose virtuous model is no longer to be proven, and by limiting the digital and ecological footprint of the hardware and software used.
