Common residence
A new generation building will be made available to accommodate a common living space for the employees of the Ecopôle de Pellicot. This building will be the showcase of our know-how in terms of passive and autonomous building.
It will have a common kitchen, a meeting room, a laundry, a food reserve and a common living space to share and develop the spirit of innovation and creativity.
This shared place will offer the possibility of receiving the public interested in the Ecopole of Pellicot thanks to an in situ permanence which will be able to make discover the environment.
Individual dwellings
On the outskirts of the site we will welcome the residents of the Ecopôle in a type of new generation housing of 40 m², responding to the future development of low-carbon autonomous and intelligent houses manufactured in our workshops.
Business Pole
The infrastructures will accommodate companies within the Pellicot Ecopôle. These “ micro-factory ” buildings will also have a commercial space to promote the direct offers of all Ecopôle activities.
The idea of the business pole is to bring together different sectors of activity in accordance with the overall vision of the Ecopôle, which is based on the ramification of a new and innovative network.
The Pellicot ecopôle will provide the latest generation machines, necessary for the proper functioning of employees, to design projects according to the sectors under development.
Ecotourism
We want to open our doors to people sensitive to this ecological transition, to make them discover our environment and possibly participate in this way of life.
In the summer season, we will welcome tourists in our lodges, to offer a unique offer around our environment, an unusual type of light and removable accommodation designed in our workshops.
